POSITION SUMMARY: Production position in a fast-paced retail store environment. Responsible for advanced processing of donations for online sale including, but not limited to: data entry, cell phone photography, stocking, picking, and customer service. May also be required to accept and process donation for the sales floor, assist on the register, and with other sales floor tasks.

POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for achieving store revenue goals, daily operations including safety and loss prevention compliance, production/retail operations, customer, and donor satisfaction. Responsible for the overall training, development, retention, wage and hour compliance, and satisfactorily addressing employee relation issues of all store staff. May be required to move locations within a 25 mile radius of San Diego County.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Dispatches the transportation department’s fleet of vehicles. Ensures timely pickups, deliveries, and
communication between truck and both internal and external customers. Tracks and monitors the fleet
and the flow of product. Assists with the basic supervision of the truck drivers and truck helpers, but not
responsible for any accountability, only direction, re-direction and reporting. May be assigned to work at
multiple locations, within a region, as required by operational necessity.
