The Social Media Representative will possess strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok). This position will work on Goodwill's social media channels, assisting, implementing, and improving an established social media strategy. Responsible for posting about Goodwill's events and initiatives in different social media outlets and create stories to engage and increase audience. Creates visual assets, including photos, videos, and graphics to accompany posts in Adobe Creative Suite. Monitors social media performance and suggests changes to posts' format and content.
