POSITION SUMMARY: Direct all activities required to achieve goals, including sales and profit objectives, customer service, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation. Responsible for the overall training, development, retention, wage and hour compliance and satisfactorily addressing employee relation issues of all store staff. May be required to move to any Goodwill store throughout San Diego County.

Essential Function Statements:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
Experience: Minimum of ten years related experience.
Computer Skills: Email, internet use, Microsoft word and Excel.
Certificates & Licenses: Must have a valid CA Driver’s License, proof of insurance and driving record acceptable by Goodwill’s insurance company. Current CPR & First Aid Certificate is preferred.
Other Requirements: Ability to supervise multiple stores with upwards of 100 people. Must be up to date with all Employment and Wage and Hour Laws. Attends training as needed or directed.
