Provides excellent customer service, rings transactions accurately, and assists in store recovery, cleaning and merchandising. Works to fill floor with new arrivals, and removal of merchandise. Accepts donations and assists with production as needed.
Essential Functions Statement(s):
Responsible for maintaining the textile and wares pull schedule and working with management to ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained.
Guides retail staff in the maintenance, organization, colorization and merchandising of the sales floor. Assists in maintaining displays throughout the store.
Completes Daily Assignment Log with breaks and meals per management to ensure adequate coverage.
Prices product for employees/customers as needed per pricing guidelines.
Assists management in the training and development of employees.
Monitors staff breaks, conducts bag checks, and leads huddles and exercises. Ensures assignments and scheduled breaks and meals meet needs of store and direction of management.
Performs administrative duties as needed or assigned, including opening and closing the store, counting cash and reconciling receipts, preparing deposit, completing daily Allocation Report accurately and on time, and preparing store schedules.
Documents incidents, reports to management any concerns and completes CIRs and other reports as needed.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: 3 year or more related experience.
Other Requirements: Ability to work opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays), as needed.
