Directs, plans and controls the sales activities the of retail stores. Including the responsibility of directing the district/regional managers and ensuring they abide and implement plans for sales, production, product flow, staffing, presentation, pricing and the overall operation of the stores/department aligns with established Goodwill's mission, purpose, and guidelines.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) required.
Experience: Five to ten years related experience.
Computer Skills: Internet use, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Certificates & Licenses: Must have a vehicle, valid CA Driver’s License, proof of insurance and driving record acceptable by Goodwill’s insurance company. Current CPR & First Aid Certificate.
Other Requirements: Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to attend classes and other trainings. Ability to conduct training for a minimum of 150 people.
