ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENTS:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education: Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two years related experience.
Other Requirements: Strong organizational skills. Excellent written/verbal communication. Experience in working with project plans, blueprints and general working knowledge of the complexity in the construction industry.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, MS Office, MS Project, email, internet
Certificates & Licenses: Must have a valid CA Driver’s License, proof of insurance and driving record acceptable by Goodwill’s insurance company.
Amount of travel required: 40%
