POSITION SUMMARY: Sorts, cleans, prices and stocks donated goods in a Goodwill store. Accepts donations and provides assistance on sales floor as needed. Provides excellent customer service to donors and customers.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
Assists management by maintaining assignment sheet, helping complete daily Allocation Report, collecting daily paperwork and helps guide staff on production/donation procedures.
Assists management in the training and development of ambassadors.
Monitors staff breaks, conducts bag checks as needed, and leads huddles and exercises. Ensure assignments and scheduled breaks and meals meet needs of store and direction of management.
Performs administrative duties as needed or assigned including opening and closing the store, counting cash and reconciling receipts, preparing deposit, completing daily Allocation Report accurately and on time, and preparing store schedules.
Document incidents, report to management any concerns and complete CIRs and other reports as needed.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Experience: Six months to one year related experience preferred.

Other Requirements: Knowledge of quality clothing and merchandise. Knowledge of famous brand names is preferred. Ability to work evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is strongly preferred.
