POSITION SUMMARY: Provides daily hands on supervision for the Fixed Crew. Responsible for the daily supervision and direction of the Fixed Crew. Assists in accountability and administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education: Associates Degree or 2 years college or technical school preferred.
Experience: Two to four years supervisory experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Email, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid CA Driver's License with driving record acceptable to Goodwill's insurance company's standards. Ability to become forklift certified required.
Other Requirements: Ability to recognize name brand clothing and high quality merchandise preferred.
Location Details: While this position will ultimately be located in San Ysidro, training will take place at 960 Sherman Street (off Morena Boulevard near Old Town San Diego).
Schedule: Schedule flexibility is required. The tentative schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, we might extend the hours or days of the operation at a later date, including starting shifts as early as 7 a.m. and ending as late as 5:30 p.m. We also might eventually open up a Saturday shift.
