Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting e-Commerce management in the daily operations of the department. Regularly travels to multiple retail locations to support the omni-channel auction listing workflow.

Essential Functions Statements:

  1. Assists in coordinating the omni-channel workflow for multiple off-site locations by conducting regular trainings, site visits, and other communications. Documents findings effectively and reports progress, needs, and opportunities in a timely manner.
  2. Reviews and approves omni-channel listings, ensuring auction titles, details, and photographs meet quality assurance standards and are compliant with all applicable laws, marketplace guidelines, and GISD policies/procedures.
  3. Keeps abreast of fashion and high demand products to ensure favorable sell through rate.
  4. Assists management in creating an environment where transformational leadership is applied. Engages, motivates and develops staff to increase productivity and achieve goals.
  5. Leads team huddles, exercises, and trainings according to management direction.
  6. Monitors performance standards, behavior/conduct, time/attendance, and policy/procedure adherence of team members. Takes appropriate action when expectations are not met according to management direction.
  7. Monitors the work environment to ensure it is supplied, safe, clean, organized, and well-maintained. Reports any concerns or issues in a timely manner to management.
  8. Resolves issues that arise from production/processing errors and identifies areas for continuous improvement and training.
  9. Addresses a variety of customer inquiries according to department guidelines.
  10. Assists in training new hires to meet department expectations.
  11. Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
  12. Follows direction and completes other tasks/projects as assigned.
  13. Opens and closes location(s) according to department guidelines.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 

Education: High School education or GED preferred

 

Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field upon hire or 3 years of GISD experience in level 3 or 4 position, or combination of past experience and GISD experience equaling 3 years.

 

Certificates & Licenses: Must have a CA Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company requirements. Must also have an insured, reliable vehicle.

 

Amount of Travel Required: 50%
