POSITION SUMMARY:
Directs, plans, and controls the efficient flow of transported goods and dispatch services. Creates and implements trainings, procedures and transportation routing. Ensures the overall operation of the Transportation department aligns with established Goodwill mission, purpose and guidelines.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) in related field required.
Experience: Minimum eight years of high-level experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Must be able to use Internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Certificates & Licenses: Must have a vehicle, valid CA Driver’s License, and driving record acceptable by Goodwill’s insurance company. Must have current CPR & First Aid Certificate.
Other Requirements: Must have supervisory experience of multiple departments/areas. Logistics experience. Ability to conduct training for a minimum of 150 people. Must have overall knowledge of product flow, planning, and customer service expectations. Must be available to work weekend and evenings.
